Burger King Beach Run
October 5th – Benefiting The Burger King McLamore Foundation this 5K, 10k and Kiddie Dash run will take you along beautiful South Beach in Miami. Hard Rock Half Marathon & Panther Prowl
October 5th held on the Big Cypress Indian Reservation in Clewiston, Florida, this 1/2 marathon, 5k and 10k provides a unique opportunity to visit a real Indian Reservation. Authentic Seminole Indian food will be on site as well as an alligator wrestling demonstration!! It is important that you follow the driving directions on the race website. Key West Running Festival – The Southernmost Marathon
October 12th – Benefiting The Key West chapter of Habitat for Humanity, this tropical location is Florida’s southern most point. Key West best known for it’s lively entertainment, sunset celebrations at Mallory Square, diving and snorkeling, is host to this full marathon 26.2 miles, half marathon 13.1 miles and the 5k with a distance of 3.1 miles. The USO Armed Forces 1/2 Marathon & Freedom 5k
October 12th Held in the City of Jacksonville which was voted by Runners World magazine as one of the top 10 running Cities in the US. Participation in this run is a great way to support the area’s military members past and present. This event has a wheelchair and prosthetic division. Sarasota 1/2 Marathon, Relay & 5K
October 19th & 20th With stunning views of Sarasota Bay and a course that takes you through historic St. Armand Circle, this is billed as one of the west coast of Florida’s premier running events. This run is USA Track and Field certified. Included in your registration is a post race breakfast buffet provided by First Watch and a unique dolphin inspired finishers medal. Cocoa Beach 1/2 Marathon
October 20th Sponsored by the famous Ron Jon Surf Shop. Run by the sea on Florida’s scenic Space Coast with the finish line being on “I dream of Jeannie lane” named after the 1960’s sitcom with the same name. One can chose to run either the 13.1 mile individual run or the 1/2 mile relay, splitting the 13.1 mile run into a two member team race.
